There is an on-going Fairtrade Fortnight festival feast of online events and activities to entertain, educate and inspire us all to choose the world we want to see.
As we enter the second week of this year’s fantastic Fairtrade Fortnight, the Koolskools Team is becoming increasingly excited because our online contribution to the Festival – a 2-hour Zoom webinar headlined “Fairtrade Uniform…the Climate…and Your School” – is only two days away!
Please come and join us on 3 March from 10am to 12midday, and sign up here.
We are so pleased that 6 of our wonderful client schools have sent in video presentations for the Event. We will also be featuring a “live” keynote presentation by the CEO of our India factory, Ranga, who will be offering a Fairtrade/organic cotton supply chain perspective from India.
Hopefully there will be plenty of interest for teachers, students, Fairtrade Campaign Groups and others who are interested in learning how, by embracing Fairtrade uniform, we can both help to protect our planet and support marginalised cotton farmers at the same time.
The audience for the Event is growing by the day, and Koolskools is also running a Fairtrade and Climate Change Poem Competition as part of the Event, with Koolskools Fairtrade/ECO polos, sweatshirts and hoodies as prizes.
So please get your pens (or should we say keyboards?!) poised everyone, we are hoping to have some fun!
Do come and join us, and Choose the World You Want!
